so I recently opened a new bag of Purina pro plan dog kibble, only to see it's literally infested with bugs. I did a little Google searching and turns out that I'm not the only person this has happened to. several posts take place over a couple years, these people posted photos of the same bugs in the same food. I contacted the company and they sent me a very long winded email trying to cover for their lack of quality control in their warehouses. basically saying once it leaves their facility it's not their problem??? for a multi million dollar company to not maintain control in the storage facilities they use is wild to me.
